Straight answers so you can decide fast, know the process, and start your Screenery order without back and forth.
1Are your prices fixed?
Prices are set per visual so your whole order stays affordable. Simple static scenes cost less than detailed animated videos. You pay once for the visuals, not by event length.
2How does the first sample work?
You pick one backdrop from your list. We design that first as your sample preview. You can ask for changes, then approve it so we can complete the rest of your pack.
3When do I pay?
You pay in full after you review and approve your sample visual. Once you confirm, we finish and deliver the complete Screenery pack.
4Can you do custom backdrop designs?
Yes. Most orders are custom for your exact production, and there is no extra custom fee right now. Custom work still follows our normal pricing and quick turnaround.
5Do you already have ready-made packs?
Not yet as full packs. We are still building that library. The good news is that a fresh custom pack still keeps the same price level and turnaround expectations.
